Anyone know how to remove the head on a Manfrotto monopod?

I have the 562B-1. But I can't figure out how to remove the head, which I'm told is possible.

Here's a diagram of the parts. Does anyone have a clue?

Yeah, I had my quick release stuck on there really tight one time, you just need to get some good leverage on it and it'll come off.

Ok, I go it. There was a screw with a Phillips head in there. That needed to come out and then the thing could be screwed off. Doh.
