GH4 Anyone in the UK received theirs yet?

I assumed CVP would have a truck load of them which is why I went with them! Ah well I'll be able to research more while waiting for it to arrive. I'll let you guys make the mistakes! ;)
 
Got mine from Wex Photographic yesterday. Loving it. Cine Like D, Highlight Shadows, Peaking my personal faves thus far. Pity i'm recovering from wisdom tooth removal and can't get out and do a shoot with it this weekend..
 
What is also really annoying about this delay in pre-orders is the free battery and grip promotion runs out on the 2nd of June.
 
Panasonic will have to honour their agreement. The claim deadline ends 2nd July so I think we're covered.
 
Just chatted with CVP who still have not received their first batch of GH4's and don't expect any until the end of May! Not sure what to do now... cancel or wait?

Received my "Body only" GH4 from 3dBroadcast last week Friday and it works well.
Thank goodness it will not "sleep" as long as an "active HDMI" connection is made, with either an external recorder or via an HDMI capture device into my laptop, because the damn 30 min limit is a pain!!!

yeah I see some buyers in the UK have bought from the US to avoid the 30 min recording limit.

I have no problem with them not shipping them out because of delays, there's nothing they can do about that, but they need to update customers on this. A simple 1 line email would do saying "expect stock from end of May, keep you updated, thanks for your patience." We shouldn't have to contact them! Rant over.

Thanks but i pre-ordered the GH4/Yagh bundle i notice the body is now instock at CVP just not the Yagh lol
 
I cancelled my order with cvp yesterday as when I phoned they didn't know when they would receive the first batch and I was very far down the pre-order list.
 
Received mine last week from CVP hope you managed to get one from another vendor Drew
 
Had to do some detective work but I finally got mine. Got it from Italy, a small shop. As for Englad I think that at 3Dbroadcast they have it.

Re-ordered from 3D broadcast last Friday afternoon. Hope to have it Tuesday or Wednesday this week. I'd changed my mind on buying the gh4 and was looking at other cameras but eventually came full circle. Best bang for the buck IMHO. :)
 
Thanks for the tip, ordered their last one today (Mathers of Lancashire) and cancelled my preorder else where. Just made it for the free battery and grip which ends today 2nd June hooray!
