Anyone heard from Mitch Gross?

Seems it's been a while since I've seen him on the forum. Anyone know if he is alright? Maybe he's getting some deserved time off.

I don't mean this in a rude way and maybe I need to accept the times, but asking if someone is alright because they haven't posted on a particular internet forum seems too far to me. I understand you're concerned but it's like if someone hasn't responded to a text message we just assume they're either dead or sick? I more disagree with the theme of expecting immediate responses and the "need" to keep up appearances rather than meaning for this to be a personal attack. Also, if you have a look on twitter, you'll see that at least Mitch's thumbs are OK!

Since Dan began to participate on these forums for the Convergent Design instead of Mitch, I assume there has been a change in assignments.

My apologies for a seemingly childish question.
There are a number of people on here that I feel are great contributors. I won’t try to list all your names. When you have an issue there seem to be a few experts in each category to chime in and a number of others who seem to offer input throughout the whole forum. Mitch somehow seemed to be everywhere.

Sometimes people leave for a while or permanently, for whatever reason, good or bad. I remember another great member being gone for a while who later returned saying he had been fighting sickness. Others retire or move to other things, etc.
I consider you guys friends so you are missed.
I appreciate Mitch’s and everyone else’s contributions here. Thank you all.

Hi All,

Thanks for asking after me. I decided to take a break from this forum for a bit for various reasons, but I shall return. My time is pulled in many directions.

I will also note here that I am no longer representing Convergent Design. Great people, great products. Dan Keaton can assist you here on the forum and there is also their wonderful tech support service. I'll let people know what I'm up to when it is appropriate.

Best,

Mitch

Best of luck with the (insert whatever it is you're next move is here) Mitch. You've been a invaluable part of this forum from CD and beyond. Hope to see you back soon.

how come no one ever asks if i'm dead? it would be a nice gesture if every now and then someone brings it up.
