Anyone having trouble editing Gopro 4 2.7-4k footage in Premier CC?

I've got a MBP Retina 2013 (late) along with a insane Titan 64GB PC... On either system Premier CC just chugs and chops up when trying to real-time view, preview or even watch playback of Gopro footage! So strange. OS preview and all media players play them fine, but in Premier it's CHOP city. Any ideas??
 
Something's not right. Some setting in Premiere, something incorrect in sequence settings, or more likely with your video cards. Meaning perhaps Premiere is not currently talking to your video cards correctly.
Just a straight playback should be just fine.

I'm not an expert with video cards, so hopefully someone will chime in who's better with that stuff.
 
Strange because neither Cuda or Opencl works, everything else is working fine in Premier even .R3D (4k RED files) playback fine... but Gopro footage nope. :/
