I'm looking to get a HD DishNet receiver, however I'm picky and having a hell of a time finding any good info on a very specific topic.
I'm looking for a HD Receiver that can output SD and HD simultaniously; with the HD in full 16:9 of course; but (here's the kicker) the SD needs to be "center cut" (AKA "side crop") so that it fills the whole 4:3 screen (cutting off the sides of the 16:9 frame).
DVR isn't important. Either is the ability to have different channels on each output (they'll be on the same channel anyway). The ability to get a center-cut SD down-conversion is critical.
Also, if you have a box that *doesn't* do this, please post too so I can exclude it.
