Anyone from EVS on here? (Help!)

Sorry for making a thread about this, but I need to get in touch with someone from EVS before Monday morning and the office is closed, and I know that Rush is off for the next week or so....
 
All I need is a shipping/tracking number for an order that was suposed to be delivered Friday so that I can go pick it up at my local UPS/Fedex facility (I'm sure the package is probalby nearby). Need the stuff for a shoot sunday evening.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me out with this!
 
Have you tried calling FEDEX? Just wondering because *I think* they will be able to help you so long as you have the zipcode of the point of origin (and, of course, your "ship to" information). I had a similar experience -- though not with EVS.
 
Thank you for the advice I was able to call fedex and find the package using the addresses. Looks like EVS shipped it out when they were supposed to but they shipped it 3 day service instead of overnight. BUMMER



FYI I had called UPS first because I didnt know if the order had shipped UPS or Fedex and they refuse to do anything w/o a tracking number. Thank you Fedex!
 
Yeah, I've never had anything but problems with UPS...I think there's a reason they're called "the brown"...
