Anybody tried this: Shoulder Mount Stabilizer from Digital Juice

Yes, I bought a very similar thing a few years back from Ebay for about £25. Quite well made and folds up nicely, but had to modify the platform because the major problem is that it holds the camera too far to one side so that you have to strain your neck to place your head where the viewfinder is (assuming a DSLR or camcorder with the viewfinder in line rather than one where it extends on one side). And for me, the flip-out LCD is too close for my eyes to focus, so have to use the viewfinder. Also, the part that rests against your chest is quite small, so digs in after a short time, so I attached a pice of ply. Looked very unprofessional!

I've used the DJ Runner a little, and can say for the cost it's a very good deal. Though I'll echo what David said above, all of these units take some getting used to, and some, especially the lower-cost, single shoulder units, you run the chance that you're going to end up with shoulder/neck cramping after a while.

thats a chinese piece that a lot of different manufacturers, dealers, vendors, whatever sell.

ive played a bit with it. and its surprisingly not extremely sucky. i mean im not going to put a follow focus and mattebox on it. but for just a camera and lens, its not bad.
but id throw away that little riser part. its basically useless.

ikan put their own little twist on it by adding a small baseplate and rails to it. here's their elements page, look down at the "recoil" items:
