hello, we want to connect 5dm3 steadicam on concert to SD SDI live edit desk... it takes only SDI (so i can start on 5d with HDMI OUT or yellow video COMPOSITE from usb output) we have composite wireless transmission (from our RC octocopter powered) but desk does not take it since it want only SD SDI. it seems on google there is no COMPOSITE>SDI convertor? any ideas?
edit desk can probably take hdmi in, but whdmi device is supported up to 20m and no more guarantee ...we need 20-40m at least.... (any experience with WHDMI transmition openspace more than 20meters?)
i was told that probably HDMI>HDSDI box should do the job on 5dm2 since when recording signal is switched to SD and SDI is stransmited probably as SD SDI (any experience, ideas?)
