GH3 Any Tutorial Suggestions for GH3

I am moving from a Canon T2i to a newly purchased GH3.
I assume it will have a manual and all but I really like you tube or vimeo vidoes for tutorials...
Just curious about setting white balance, zooming in to get critical focus (like the "plus" button on the T2i) before hitting record... simple "get me started" type things.
I watched a few youtube videos but they were more like reviews than a hands on "how to use"

Here's what I used to use when I had GH3's:

GH3 Configuration

Anything I've left out can be left OFF or at default setting unless it's a feature you feel you need to use.

Photo Menu

Photo Style: Nat
Aspect Ratio: 3:2
Picture Size: L 14M
Quality: Large or RAW-Large
ISO Increments: 1/3EV is my preference

Motion Picture Menu

Photo Style: I use Nat
Rec Mode: MOV - Requires hi performance PC. Quad core with fast clock speed. (I can't remember if the GH3 has an MP4 Rec Mode or not. It's easier on the editing than the MOV files are)

Rec Quality: FHD30p – 50Mbps
Exposure Mode: M (dial on top must be set to “movie cam” icon with M or this is grayed out.
Frame Rate: Off unless you need to affect motion effect.
Continuous AF: ON (if you want to try to use CAF. Not fully dependable.
i(anything): I turn all these OFF

Rest in this section I leave OFF unless actually needed.

Your preferences on most. Last item is Format, media card should always be formatted in camera. Once every 5 to 10 uses I do a low level format in a PC. Don't do this on a Mac without thorough research (I use PC) as several Mac users have found the media card unusable after attempting a low level format. Some special program has to be used for this (Mac version of SDFormatter works for this).

This ought to get you started. Mark and copy to a text file so you can refer to it as needed.

What lenses do you have to use with the GH3?
