any suggestions for monitor, viewfinder, rig system, matte box etc. for FS 100?

Did a 10 hour night with this rig, shooting second unit chase/fight scene in a stairwell, and a parking garage.... about 70% handheld, the rest on a dolly and a 200mm, i had a good focus puller with me, and proper sound, so the little cam mic is only for syncing rushes.

I do have a bigger rig, with an off-set rods, shoulder pad and counterweight, but tested hand-holding both ways, and thought i prefered the lightweight handle and handgrip, and no shoulder support... i had a sore back at the end of the night, but not as bad as hand holding a Panavised F900 for hours

What matte box is this?

Piotr;

I says "Proaim MB600" on it, my AC bought it off Craigslist localy for me, along with the rails and FF, it's very light, somewhat fragile, and it was dead cheap... i do have an old school bellows matte box around, this one is much lighter... the clamps for the flags are crap tho... we used camera tape to the top handle to keep the flag in place... not run-n-gun friendly i'm thinking it would be flaping about and falling apart in that enviroment

For the way i use the camera - it's proveing it's self to be an acceptable trade off

I second the Berkey System and if you visit the website you will see all of the parts listed. Brian Berkey is a great person and will work with you to build what you need or just order from the lsit and build yourself. I have to put in a plug for SmallHD as an EVF there is a sale on right now and I have honestly never done business with a company that is as first rate as SmallHD they are sensational and there product is top notch. I might also mention that both of these outstanding companies are based in the USA.

I'm loving all these pictures/setups. I would really like to invest in some of those vintage Canon lenses.

This is a highly addictive camera to shoot with.

That's a Hoodman, works pretty well, taking it on and off is a PITA due to velcrow attachment, but once on it does stay in place... works really well with an EX1 when combined with a riser block/rods/shoulder pad too.

I started off with the hood man strap but I agree it was a pain to take on and off but I went with these which you loop through 2 of theses on the hood riser and you can slide the loupe on and off without any trouble.
