Go Panasonic's web site and search for a Panasonic authorized dealer.

Perhaps that company there, but there are good deals from SC, BHPhoto, FullCompass and others -- all authorized.

I used the Panny 170m and the EX1. I found the EX-1 a brick to hold and dealing with the GOP files in FC2 converting and mixing with standard def a pain in the butt. The 170 was much more comfortable to hold, very light. Working with the footage was no problem in FC2.
