Any marathon runner's on dvxuser?

[Mike Kobal]

Hi there,
just curious. My gf is running one this fall and I don't want her to whine for a month and complain about the mistakes she made, so my friend Toby suggested this short little video.(shot with the Nikon D90)

I wish I had that when I was running marathons. check it out and let me know what you think. below the direct link

Very cool. I did have to pause it a few times to read the entire card. Perhaps I'm just a slow reader.

I don't run competitively but I do love to run alone. If I did run in a race, I'm sure the advice would pay off.

thanks jordandov. yeah, I know, its a bit too fast but the movie looked too boring slow and the effect really increased the file size be a lot

I suppose you could write a song that has all of the advice in the lyrics while the cards have one key word a la "Subterranean Homesick Blues."

The speed effect worked particularly well as you walked away on the bridge.
