Any ideas why OnLocation+HPX171 result in 4:3 pixel aspect ratio?

Hi

A weird thing - just hoping some genius can help point me in right direction...

I used HPX171 linked via firewire to OnLocation CS4...

The footage I have now got looks a bit weird to me - when I pull it in to Premier the pixel aspect ratio looks wrong.

Premier thinks it is HD anamorphic - but an third party util (MediaInfo) tells me it is 1440*1080 (4/3) which exactly what it looks like to me.

If I tell Premier the footage has a standard 4:3 DV pixel aspect ratio the footage then looks right - BUT obviously contracts and doesn't fill the frame in Premier.

What did I do wrong?

How to tell Premier about this footage?

Thanks

False alarm - seems the problem is the aspect ratio of this large monitor.

Premier is displaying the frame fine on a lap top - but on a desktop with this monitor the image is stretched slightly.

So I guess the question is how to tell Vista to pillar box the desktop to give me a true 16:9 aspect ratio?
