HPX250: Any good shoulder mounts for HPX250?

I've been meaning to get a shoulder mount for quite a while and now and I finally have the budget to do so. Could anyone recommend a mount that would work well for the HPX-250? Also, this is in no means mandatory, but it would be great if the mount could work well with a GH2 also.

I think we need a little more information. What is your budget? What do you want to include in your mount? Matte box? Follow focus? Adjustable handles? Battery pinch? Of course there is no "best" system, but here's one by Lanparte that looks to be flexible and moderately priced http://cheesycam.com/lanparte-dslr-rigs-follow-focus-shoulder-pad/ It's a dslr rig and I'm not sure if the 250 fits within the breakaway "C" mounting, but rumor has it that Jerry at Lanparte is working on a taller C to allow for this rig to be used by larger camcorders. The US distributor is joedigital.tv who sells a complete rig for $2,500 (but be sure he has the latest handles and FF). Of course he has cheaper less-complete kits available as well. He also sells the Cinematics products such as their battery pinch which work with Lanparte's. The reviews on the Lanparte's latest FF have been excellent.

A lot depends on your price range.

My first choice would be one of the Zacuto shoulder mounts that are properly balanced so most of the strain is removed from your arms.
( i.e. You can shoot all day, and your arms aren't blown out from supporting the weight of your camera package )
