Any GH2 shooters syncing to 25p projects?

Hi, any one out there trying to get GH2 footage into PAL 25p projects and mixing GH2 24p shots with GH1/13 25p shots? What's your work flow for this?

i tried this yesterday in media composer 5 and had problems playing 24 p in a 25 p timeline the 24p dint looked good at all, but doing the opposit seems to work just fine.

Hmm ok, good to know the reverse could work....

mc5 is supposed to support mixed frame rates on the timeline, but I haven't tried this yet. If you're not worried about maintaining audio sync, you could try using voltaichd to convert avchd into quicktimes. Then import into avid, using the console command 'ignoreqtratetrue' - this will import your quicktimes at 25fps not 24. Not exactly elegant, but should work.

yeah I'm afraid it's all to separate sync sound which is the major stress, some cams 25p and GH2 24p.... I'm working within Final Cut right now....

The problems are bigger than i thought, mix and match dosent seem to work. 25 p dont look good in 24 p project either.... Is there any good program to convert 24 p to 25 p?

Conform with Cinematools (FCP).
