Any Germans?

No I´m not a german.

I was wondering what the price is on the DVX 100b there? and the other models as well but mainly I'd like to know what the price is on the b is. Because I´ve seriously been thinking of buying a DVX but it's so fecking expensive here, well it's actually not sold here in Iceland, but since it's fairly cheap for me to fly to Germany it´s probably cheaper for my to fly over there and buy it there and use a little bit so I don't have to pay the taxes.

Any tips on buying the DVX in germany?

If not buying inside Germany, but simply buying a camera and having it shipped to Germany, I would say try B&H Photo, who ships internationally, or expandore. Both have great feedback. :)

Thanks alot guys, I know B&H photo are reliable but I can't see any PAL cameras there so thats pretty much out of the question since I live in Iceland which is a Pal country. Thanks a lot Spartacus for that info, but you say that there is no shop but can you actually go there and buy it from them in person? also I´ve noticed that in they never include VAT in the price, which seems to be the case in every german site I´ve been to. So what are the VATs? Though there may be sometime before I purchase this camera, and maybe then I'll buy the HVX if I'm rich enough. But I'll propably buy this camera or the HVX in the summer or maybe in the fall when I'll go to Denmark for filmschool so a trip down to Deustchland won't be a trouble.

The reason I'm trying to find a place to buy in person instead of ordering it from the internet is because the taxes here are very high it's 24,5%.

19% as of this year. Coming in as a "tourist", you may be able to get the VAT refunded. I just have no idea how that works...but I've seen stickers on the doors of merchants saying something about it. Ask when you buy (or before, in case they need some sort of paperwork from you).

Yep, VAT was just raised to 19% as GnJerDan stated.
As for the refund, I think you have to be Non-EU for that, e.g. Americans get it...
The prices for the HVX are most of the time listed without VAT, because as a company buying a product to work with you can subtract the VAT later from the VAT your charging for your piece of work (was that understandable hehehe...?)
Anyway, you can directly go to Marcotec, they only don´t have a regular shop, because they normally sell larger quantities to TV stations I guess...
