any comprehensive books about DVX?

I have "The Green Book" but I agree I would like some additional resources for actual artistic recommendations and techniques.
I have gained some good techniques from this site:

It is not DVX specific, but the tutorials do apply to any camera that has as much flexibility as our DVXs.
