how can i post an audio clip for audiophiles to analyze and tell me if they can fix it to get rid of the slight echo in background.
took into sound forge but dont know it that well.
shot speaker via wired feed from board, put switch in back on ext audio, but forgot to flip to line switch under xlr.

i can tell im getting the feed well but it is also pcking up on cam mike. has to be a way to minimize that.
dont have a website to link the audio clip, so not sure where to post it.
thanks

Post it as a youtube video.

If you pan the 2 channels hard left/right, then mute one or the other of the stereo audio track, you will probably lose the echo. In an audio app you can make a separate track of each channel, then nudge the echoed track to match the line track and you'll lose the echo effect.

Hey Jim, did you check your audio in each individual channel to see if the echo was in both channels? You can do a quick check in Clip Browser as it gives you the ability to monitor each channel individually. If you find one one channel is clean, just use that one.
