another way to look at Merlin weight limits

Lots of good insights here on what is/is not likely to be too much weight for Merlin + DVX100.

Can a few users simply tell us all the pieces you're using successfully, beyond the bare merlin?

For example:

Regular Panny battery or larger?
Mic (shotgun on camera, wireless receiver attached to Merlin with XLR cable to camera)
Lens accessories
On-camera light

I think a few sample inventories like this would be helpful.
 
I'm interested as well. I'm thinking about buying the Merlin, but want to be sure it's actually satisfactory with a DVX100A plus big batter and sennheiser mic on board.
 
I don't have any known configurations on hand for the DVX other than what is in the cookbook. - And I have nether a Merlin or a DVX available to test at this time.

Someone else? I know users have started to get the Merlin, I too would love to hear from them.

I've sent this question to both Frank Rush at Tiffen and Garrett Brown. If I get a reply, I'll post it here. (Judging from marketing photos, maybe it'll be "Real pros use the mic their camera came with!")
 
Sorry missed this thread before: Im using my merlin with a large battery and sometimes sony / sennheiser wireless at the same time and no issues have arisen from this.
