Another Tape Question ( Sorry Guys )

I read on here that everyone seems to say stay
with the same tape stock. My Question is what about staying with Panasonic tapes but different grades of such tapes , like going from dvm-63mq to a ay-dvm60 ej tape that is only about a buck and half cheaper?
