EVA1: Another newbie question. SDI and HDMI use

Are there any issues using HDMI and SDI simultaneously on the EVA1?

So for example if I want to run an HDMI feed with full info for an onboard monitor/evf and then a clean SDI feed for recording or wireless monitoring, would that be possible? Does it impact framerates or any available formats at all to have them both running?

Just looking at potential monitoring solutions and the best way to use the available outputs.

Thanks,

Ben

This is exactly the query I had before working on set this week. It works great.

As we were using the Atomos and recording RAW, the unit can't output any further when recording raw and we needed a director's monitor feed from the camera. We used a Teradek (or just tethered to a monitor via HDMI when wireless wasn't necessary) and fed the camera signal directly to the monitor; as the director's monitor was another Atomos, we could record ProRes onto that for playback too since RAW cannot be played back in the Atomos.

Encountered no issues and could send appropriate guides and markers out through the feed accordingly.
