Another batter charger thread

Hi folks; I've searched the threads on battery chargers, and many types are listed. But, as far as I can determine, none tell whether they will work with the DVX User's 5600MAH battery. The charger that came with my DVX100A died the other day and I need a new charger. I would like to spend somewhere around $100 or less. Jared mentioned a couple of choices, but the one that charges four batteries at once is just to costly for me. He also mentioned the Panasonic OEM charger, but no model number was given and I don't know which Panasonic OEM to buy. I'm happy charging one battery at a time, but I need it to charge the 5600 MAH size. I would appreciate any suggestions, including specific brands and model numbers. Thanks for your help. Henry
 
Thanks for the info GenJerDan. Unfortunately this item is no longer available. It's been discontinued by the manufacturer. Anybody have any another suggestions? Has anyone used the Dynex Lithium Ion Battery charger. It's sold at Best Buy for about $42? Thanks again for your help folks. Henry
 
EVS sells the Lenmar Mach 1 universal ac/dc speed charger (comes with a cigarette plug adapor) for $74.95.
Might want to give them a call.

The Panasonic VW-AD9 is a nice and cheap dual battery quick charger.
It operates at 110-120V, 220-240V and 12V and doubles as a power supply for the DVX100 as well. A cigarette lighter cable is also available as an extra accessory. I've got 3 of them and I'm very happy with.

Hi Lutnik; Thanks for the suggestion. Once again, it seems like this model, like the energizer model also suggested above, has been discontinued. In looking for it, I've learned that there are substitute models, but they charge only one battery at a time. But that will probably work fine for me. Thanks again for the information. Henry
