annoying line flicker HVX footage

ill post a link to some of my videos on vimeo but there seems to be a strange line that appears whene the camera has more action its liek a strange shift in the shots if you pay close attention it happens quite a bit. its not due to compression because i can see it in my final cut timeline as well when i play the clips back. please if anyone knows what this might be or how to fix it let me know i have a huge shoot coming up soon and it would be quite dissapointing for the customer to have this in their video as well

after you said you dont see anything i compared the video side by side with someone elses and it only appears on mine... we have the exact same macbook pro.. stange
 
Barry or others can correct me but I believe its because the camera isn't capturing the full raster at once. in other words yes its shooting 24p but because of a limit on the information running through it has to capture the top half of the frame and then the bottom half.

I've only run into this in extreme situations, your 1/250 shutter with mixed lighting at night didn't help it but it's barely in your footage. I've encountered it much worse in scenes with fast action only lit by 60Hz Televisions or sometimes with HMI's and fast shutter.

a change in shutter might make it disappear altogether.

thanks for the response yeah usually in the daytime my shutter is between 500 and 1000 but i can still see it pretty bad in some of the footage shot in daytime the settings were 1/1000 720-24pn could it be the pn?
