Annoying glitch

Hi guys.

I've been having this annoying glitch on alot of my videos recently. If you would be so kind as to look at the video here:

You will notice it at around 8 seconds bottom right hand corner.

I find this glitch really off putting.

Do you know what may be causing this?

Did you reuse the tape?

I have only experienced that with some sort of tape issue, whether it is reusing the tape, your heads being dirty, or even repeatedly rewinding/playing the tape...

Hey guys. Yes I have re0uses the tape more than twice...not a good idea? Its a pretty new tape, an 83 minute Panasonic PQ tape. And yes I've rewind it many times.

So new tape for each project?

Maybe for a test or practice, use old tapes, knowing you might get a glitch.
Using them more than twice could be pushing it.
Anything you care about, use new tapes.
Using only new tapes, I've never gotten a glitch.
