Anniversary- EX1/Ultimate and A1/Extreme

[Huy Vu]

This is a trailer for my film Anniversary which is currently in post (one more day of pickup). About half of the film was shot using an EX1 with the Letus Ultimate and the rest were with the Canon A1 with Letus Extreme. The EX1/Ultimate combo was a pleasure to use but I was surprise to find that the A1/Extreme combo cuts together with EX1 footage quite well. See if you can tell which shot was which.

We're going to premiere this film at the Theatre Rice Showcase on December 5th at 6th on the U.C. Berkeley campus so if any DVXusers want to check it out that would be awesome.

I can see the difference between the A1 and EX footage, but if the story and acting are spot on, won't matter a bit.

Looks amazing by the way, can't wait to see it!

Man I really enjoy your stuff. When are you going to throw the film up online so we can watch it?

Thanks! Now that the screening is out of the way, there are some changes that I'll be making (pacing changes, rescoring etc.) so the final version is still at least 2 months away. In the meantime, you guys can have a sneak peek at the current cut

It was very sharp, and the LCD is a dream. My next camera for sure.

i was thinking the very same, haha though the button layout is less than intuitive.
