Animated Short for the S.F. 3-minute FilmFest

[Mark Johnson]

Hola guys,

I usually whip up a short film for the S.F. 3-minute film fest. It's really an excuse to drink beer and party. This year all films had to be made from start to finish during the month of July. I was really bogged down with a bunch of real-world projects so I had to make this mostly in the evenings the last week of the month. Obviously, lots of flaws but it was a lot of fun to make and let me experiment with some camera angles. Hope you get a smile.

Nice Mark! hehe. Some cool animation... reminded me of something, not sure... but some cool effects to be sure. Glad you're still rockin!

The slow-mo shot of the dragon falling was cool btw!

To my surprise, DAYDREAMS placed Third in the festival. We didn't find out until several days later because our group left early and ended up in some bar in the Mission District. A great night was had by all!
