Animal Kingdom - World Cinema Jury Prize Winner Sundance 2010

Wanted to bump this - afraid you guys might not see one of the best cinematography experiences this year.
 
I hadn't heard about this at all until about two months ago when I read the American Cinematographer's article about it.

Sounds fantastic, I think it comes out on DVD this week or next, I can't wait to check it out.
 
I'm actually skeptical to watch Australian movies but this is one I checked out and it's definitely worth the watch.

Ben Mendelson needs an Oscar nom for this, reminds me in a way of Eric Bana in Chopper because of his unease/unpredictability.
 
I'm on the other side of the globe ...and I've enjoyed the few Australian movies I've scene thanks to Crocidile Dundee ....Australia( N,K) , not so much !

In other words I like variety ..gives you different perspectives as a viewer.
