GH2 angenieux 12-120 test on gh2 ETC mode

The guy who did the test says it corresponds to 31mm-312mm.

The 12-120, in spite of being very popular in 16mm, was not the best Angenieux in image quality.

It would be nice someone trying a 9.5-57, which was a very good one.

...since I only have gh1 (considering gh2), I can't verify but luminous landscape says -

SIDEBAR. Since a Four Thirds sensor already produces a 2X field of view as compared to full frame 35mm, this means that in ETC video mode the focal length marked on the lens is actually 5.2X what it would be in full-frame 35mm terms. So the long end of the new 100-300mm zoom is equivalent to 1,560mm in Extra Tele Conv video mode. Wildlife cinematography anyone?

...and the above link to a 9.5-57 tester verifies above factor. If so, that makes the 12-120 of little practical value. I'd like to know the physical dimensions of the etc 1080 crop and how it relates to 16mm.
