My latest work, set your monitor gamma to 2.2 for proper viewing. I shot this for 19th & Wilson Inc. ( www.19w.com ) The film was written and directed by Eric Espejo. The title is "The Love Story of Henry & Carol".

Looks great!

Footage?

:)

Thanks. As for footage... I'm working on it. I just got permission to release this one still frame. The director is a bit sensitive with releasing to much on the net because of some film festival rules about where stuff is shown prior to submission. Were basically using this frame like a publicity ad of sorts.

She's kinda soft.

Yeah, its more from motion though, if you watch the shot move, she quickly turns around. I just like the expression on her face in this frame.

As a side note.... I've been messing around with selective unsharp masking as well when using adapters like the SGPRO with the Andromeda. If done right, its pretty amazing looking.

What's your settings with the unsharp mask? And was this AE?

Theres actually no AE unsharp masking in this frame at all, just pure Sculptor HD sharpening at the highest setting.

As for settings, it sorta depends on the subject. You can't really create a generic unsharp mask setting. I will say this though, any type of sharpening works best on detailed surface areas and looks horrible on plain swaths of color, like a wall for example. Thus the need for masking...
