Horrible, horrible news
Andrew Lesnie has died of a suspected heart attack. He was just 59.
He was a master of the craft and a true storyteller taken way too young. I only had the brief pleasure of meeting Andrew once at a recent Masterclass he ran for the ACS, but his attitude and approach to cinematography was nothing short of inspiring.
The world got a stop darker today. RIP.
