GH2 Anamorphic Output Format for Windows

Recently I shot this

As you can see, the banding is really bad!
Also the artificial noise I added in after effects was more obvious in the composition(which was edited in 16 bit).
I know this is because of the bad youtube mp4 compression.
But the same happen to my mov file with "video" codec. (maybe it was 8 bit also?)
As I edited in windows, I was wondering what output format can I use that allows 2538x1080 (2.35:1) and 10 bit?
Normally I use DNxHD, but it was fixed at 16:9.

Also, I've looked at Sapphire Deband. Was it a good way to compress your footage to 8 bit?

Unfortunately adding a vignette to a camera that produces 8 bit images will be even worse on your posterizing. It's most evident across skies and even textures.

Are you shooting with one of the hacks? If not, i recommend trying to increase the bit rate on the camera as to break up some of that with less macro blocking and more detail noise. Also, don't shoot with anything under ISO 400 as the lower ISOs are a little too clean which really bring out the posterizing big time. There is another thread about that somewhere so it's tried and tested.
