Hey guys!

So, I'm selling my last remaining anamorphics, and just keeping the two I like the most. The ones that are going away are pretty good, and rare too, one could say. They're all in great shape, no dents, dust, scratches or fungus.

Paypal only. In case of questions, PM me here or shoot an email to ferradans@gmail.com

2 - Panasonic LA7200 + Custom Front with 105mm thread + Redstan Clamp. (1.33x stretch, focus through)
I've modded this one hard, to fit every need. I've machined a custom front for it, creating 105mm filter threads for attaching big diopters - which are somewhat hard to come across.

The glass is in perfect condition, no haze, fungus, scratches or chips. Rear thread is secured with Redstan's clamp, with 67mm threads, closest pairing possible with the taking lens. I'm including front and rear caps - not the original ones - and the original lens pouch.

As everyone already knows, it's focus through, allows you to rack focus on the taking lens and go extra wide-angle at the same time. Has some problems regarding corner sharpness, but I think it's awesome.

I'm including in this kit a custom-made filter holder for 4.5" diopters, and three of these: +0.5, +1 and +2, Tiffen, in perfect shape. This way, you won't need anything else in order to start shooting with this lens, even at the widest lenses and apertures. This size of glass is very hard to find, and this adapter doesn't even have a copy. Single unit!

All in all, the kit includes: Panasonic LA7200 + redstan clamp + front clamp with 105mm threads + custom adapter 105mm to 4.5" + Tiffen diopter kit (+0.5, +1 and +2)

3. LOMO 35OPF18-1 OCT-19 20-120mm T/3.3 + Anamorphic rear (2x stretch, cinema lens)
Humongous beast, one of the most beautiful lenses I've come across. Due to it's size and weight, it's impossible to use it without proper support. Has a great zoom range, parfocal, and is very fast, at T/3.3. It also has a 'magic' macro ring at the back, which allows focusing on objects touching the front glass. This macro ring also works with the anamorphic back attached. Has gears on both focus and zoom rings. All rings (aperture, zoom, focus and macro) are VERY smooth, and optics are great. The one regard is

The kit comes with the rear anamorphic adapter (very rare too), but it needs some work: images are very blurred when it's put behind the lens. I was going to ship this to Olex first, but then decided to sell it as it is, just because I need the money faster.

Lens comes in an incredible russian aluminum case, in which it fits perfectly. Both spherical lens and anamorphic back are OCT-19 mount, but can be easily converted to PL, to be used with modern RED or Alexa cameras.

SOLD!
(I am also aware that this is a very fragile lens, and will ship it properly, locking both focus and zoom rings with tape, to avoid damage during transport.)

X - Century Optics WS-13-SB (1.33x stretch, focus through*)
This one is THE hardest version of the Century to get. Focusable, sets you free from diopters and doesn't need to be nearly as precise as a regular double-focus system. A good average gets your image in focus, and allows pretty decent focus pulls. Glass is in perfect condition, no haze, scratches or dust. It comes with front and rear caps. It's free of vignetting at 30mm on a full frame camera, which is very close to the Panasonic. Very very rare to find.

Image quality drops at the edges, pretty much like the Panasonic. Not much to say about this.

Rear thread is 67mm, and comes with a couple adapter rings. Blueish-futuristic flares, stretches out perfectly to 2.35:1 from a 16:9 HD image.

SOLD.

Can you show us any images taken with the Lomo with/without the anamorph? I am interested in it, but nervous about the blurring and the OCT-19

Also, can you tell us what the weight/dimensions of the Lomo are?

Thanks.

Ok, answers!

Lens front diameter is 15cm, length is 35cm without the anamorphic back, 38cm with the back. Weight is between 5-6kg
Serial: 880009
Serial for the back: 860025

There are some samples here (this is my personal blog, it's in portuguese but all images in this post were made with the LOMO - except the comparison between the LOMO and a 70-200, of course)

This one too, demonstrating the power of the macro ring. 20mm, the gun was almost touching the front element.

I don't have any pictures with the blurring, since it was pretty unusable, but I can snap some if you like. Olex (from Olex Cameras in Ukraine, major LOMO maintenance and repair guy) said that the back could be fixed for about 150 euro.

Unfortunately I don't consider selling it without the back. It would just hang around here forever. :(

Looks great, thanks! If you change your mind and decide to sell without the back I'd be very interested in the zoom!

I took some samples with the LOMO for a potential buyer, and I'm also sharing them here. The results are pretty obvious: anamorphic back needs adjustments. I have strong reasons to believe that the problem is just a small misalignment between both anamorphic elements in the back, or the distance between them. Both things can be easily fixed since the adapter has screws for these adjustments, but require special equipment (such as a collimator) to ensure the whole thing is gonna be accurate.

The filenames are pretty obvious, with almost all important information. First is the focal length, then aperture, focus distance and if anamorphic or not.

Camera used was a 50D, at ISO160. Shutter was 1/20 for f/3.3, 1/4 for f/8 and 2s for f/22 on the pictures inside the room. For the infinity ones, 1/1600 for f/3.3, 1/250 for f/8 and 1/30 for f/22.
