Lens coating is smeared. These are not scratches. Smear is only noticeable if you rack focus really close. I shot my last film with this lens in that condition. To see it go to www.dmitriandsnow.com. I am really not selling because of the smear but because i want to finally shoot full frame.

Wow...that looks pretty bad and you're selling it for pretty cheap. People are gonna be suspicious.
 
I have an Ana. & I bet I've polished off the coatings. Really. A puff or two of breath or some lens cleaner and a micro cloth should be all that's needed.

They are glass so unless they are scratches you should be ok with this lens ...

I smeared the coating while removing a spec of dirt from inside of the lens element. It really isn't as bad as it looks. I am selling it cheap because it looks bad. I might try to clean the inner coating. I don't care much to use the lens any time soon so i figured i'd give a try selling it. Whatever is fair.
 
That's how I accidentally whacked my coating too. I guess they should either make the lens sealed or have a hard inner coating. You just simply need to clean them every once in a while. But a great product for it's time ...
