Hi, can I still purchase this? How do you send it out, email? I just got the lens and the zoom is out of focus. It is driving me crazy. Please help.

I don't believe that Barry still offers this as a stand alone product. The information is included in his book, which is a great thing to have anyway. Send him a PM and ask about the guide.
While you are waiting, just get a good focus chart, zoom in on it and find the vertical and horizontal focus points. Make a note of the points and then use their mean as the focus setting. You will need to stop the lens down enough to ensure that both points are within the depth of field to ensure good focus.
Takes just a bit of extra time, but its really easy and if you put a focus chart on the back of your slate, just have your 1st AC flip it over for the camera op just before slating the take.
