Anamorphic Chart

[D10S]

Is there a version of the Ananmorphic adaptor focus chart(s) that appears in the DVX Book that can be found online that I can print out.

I was mostly interested in the chart for getting a rough focus by using the auto focus of the camera to get a rough focus and then using the chart to see what focus to use manually.

No, the DVX Book has no online alternative (other than, of course, DVXUser). I don't remember if I ever posted the chart here, but I don't think I did. Someone did post a copy of it here but that's a copyright violation so that post (however well-intentioned) was deleted.
