[WTB] Anamorphic / Anamorphot - Lens Adaptor - Panasonic LA7200, Century, Optex, Etc...

I know. im trying to buy from him.... you have experiences with this anamorphic?
That looks like a clone of the Optex, I can't say if it's exactly the same quality or not as I've not used a generic but I'd imagine it's similar.

I find the only issue I have is the edges of the image can be soft, but at least on a GH2 I can use the Optex with the very sharp F1.7 20mm pancake lens, the 0.95 Voigtlander is a little too soft fully open but is fine with such an anamorphic for some tasks.

The price seems reasonable.

I have had experience using the same anamorphic. It's excellent for the price since it focus thru. Not too sharp at the edges. but for that you'll need a very expensive anamorphic if you want sharp edges. works well with the 20mm pancake. here's a video of me testing it out. https://vimeo.com/40552806

Do they make these generic anamorphic adapters in sizes greater than 52mm?
These generic anamorphic adapters come only with a 52mm rear thread. A limited batch has been produced in the market, these are no longer in prooduction.
There are few other focus through anamorphic adapters, the best of which are undoubtly made by Isco (I will be listing for sale one of these soon).
