Anamorphic 16:9 to 4:3

As i have to shoot some commercial in 4:3 format (most commercials are still in 4:3 and shoot in 35mm), is there a way to shoot in 1080p with an anamorphic lens that traduces it in 4:3? Or do you have any other suggestion?

Shoot in 1080 and go to DISPLAY SETUP -> SAFETY ZONE -> 4:3 and frame your shot for 4:3, then crop in post.
 
Thanks THoff, This is a pan and scan workflow. What's the native size of the 4:3 frame in this case?
Is it more than a native DVCPRO50 size?

what I would suggest is just a letterboxed version so you can keep youre framing.
It is personal but ecpecially for commercials I would use the widescreen framing.
keep original widescreen framing put, then in 4:3 (then you get letterbox)
