...yada yada blah blah..here are some grabs that i felt like posting.. i havent posted any grabs in a while..so here ya go. nothing special .. just random stuff  i  thought was a slightly interesting due to the nature of the shot. the desaturated ones were color corrected . others are untouched.

extreme closeup with anamorphic?.. why not? so heres a few that were done for a chess type thingy.

just thought this was an interesting frame ..its a shot of a match right at the moment it lights..you can see the sparks coming off it.. it was in focus , but of course the hand and everything else was moving at this time quickly to light the match. it really belongs up with the chess stuff as it was part of that as well

so there ya go .. got the posting bug out of my system. sorry couldnt show any current production shots yet, but will when i can. so these little macroish postings will have to tie me over for now.

Wow those look great, I think they're the first full-rez screenshots i've found here. The sharpness of the eyelashes is amazing. And I really like that first sink shot, great colours. I was trying to convince Shai to post some shots or video in full res from a PAL camera- it should look even sharper. I really want one of these cameras!

What program did you use to unsqueeze the images?

whoa ..whoa.. guess ive got some explaining to do ..

richj- these are definitely NOT full res shots.. they are loaded onto zooms "framegrab -o-matic" site as jpgs with a maximum file size of 80k .
the actuall uncompressed tiffs look alot better. the frames were exported from adobe premeire . the color was desatirated out of alot of the shots, because the production has that sort of color correction.

Jarred- im happy to report that NO diopter was used .. just the anamorphic on the dvx.

ive got alot of great shots of this type that i had to do for a feature ,just cant post right now. hopefully soon.

somthing is wrong with the zoomforce media frame grab-o-matic site right now.. none of the pics loaded in there are showing up.

nothings wrong with the site.. its just changing servers. It started getting busy and hogginfg bandwidth so I need to change it up.
