Its officially started. The great minds of Maxo-Facto have begun the writing process on their first feature. The title is merely a working one, but you never know it just may stick.
Anyways its been an interesting ride so far - we've put ourselves on a tight schedule - actually two. A hard goal of finishing filming by the end of the year, and a softer goal of shooting in August. While always aiming for August it may just not happen. We'll just see. It's an interesting feeling waking up every morning knowing what you're working on for the rest of the year and not being entirely sure how you're going to get it done. It will happen though. That is about the only thing I know for sure. Oh and there's a scene with a sailboat.
Should be a good time - sticking with a small lightweight crew, but will also be beefing it up a bit too. A crew of 2 just isnt enough to stay efficient and organized for me.
Will try to stay on top of the blog and keep it all updated as we come across new things - lots of details yet to iron out, and lots more we probably havent even thought about...
