This may not be film related. But my place is holding a competition for tenants to create a video tour of the accommodation and the winner's video will be shown on the website.

The requirement is to be innovatively creative.

I watched a couple of video tours to get some ideas and all of them seem to incorporate interviews.

I thought I might do something different and instead of interviewing tenants on what they thought about the place I thought I might just add some texts providing all the facts about the accommodation with various shots that pertains to them. Like the name of the accommodation, facilities: washing machine, etc.

This is just an idea and was wondering what you think?

Like in Zombieland... I like that style when graphics become another layer in the storytelling.

You should also motion track them to the object so you can pan the camera and such
