Check out my new short film at www.filmfights.com . Mine is the with the picture of a hot chick (even though it has nothing to do with movie at all). Vote for your favorite right below the pictures on the home page from the pulldown menu.

Feel free to tear it apart with critique.

The night scenes are a little dark, which is strange because they showed up fine on my TV monitor :/. anyway it was a last minute project for an easy film class i have. It was suppose to contain a collision montage and was graded as our final. We had a month to do it, but i managed to slack off until i had 2 days left lol. I couldn't think of anything so i just filmed my roommate at the bar and made the rest up as i was going.
 
Asking people to vote for you isnt' exactly smiled upon.
There were a few similar threads deleted not too long ago.

Perhaps that's why you haven't gotten any responses.

oops i guess i really wasn't serious about the opening statement. i wouldn't want people to blindly vote for me. i'm really just posting it here to get some critique and feedback
 
wanted some critique?

honestly i thought it was a fun story. It dragged a little too much for my taste, i felt as though it could have moved a little quicker. I didnt really have that much problem wit hthe framing but MAN do you need lights, some sort of lighting ( maybe a mic?) But the movie was fun to watch.

thanks! i used every light i could find, but it was just not enough. I had a shotgun mic but it was too long to put on the dvx. also i was the only person filming, so nobody could fish pole for me. kinda funny, even where it zooms in on me on the kitchen floor, - i was using the remote to zoom with my toes lol.
