Alternatives to Dual Systems Adapter

I had a Dual Systems adapter for my Macbook PRO for a little less than a year. It worked well, but has stopped working altogether.

I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for P2 card to Express slot adapters or solutions as I do not want to offload with USB from the camera.

I had my duel die on me and bought a second one ( guarantee was over) I have not found anything in the same price range. I do have an older powerbook with a large pcmcia slot which works best!
I would have a look for a cheap laptop with pcmcia slot.....
the duel adapter likes to die when not stored correctly during travel and I travel a lot and it must have broken then....I have seen pcmcia add ons for pc which are very cheap if you have an old pc...the panny standalone stuff is also excellent but expensive.
 
I can't stand the DA, especially since snow leopard broke it. It was mildly useful as the only game in town for express34 slots, but has been such a hassle (yes, I too have found out how fragile they are)

I now use the pCD2 with the DA staying on a shelf "just in case".

i use the AJ-PCD2GPJ with my macbook pro and it works flawlessly. its been out for about 6 months or so now. and at $350 i think its kinda pricey. but its really the only game in town if you are a macbook pro user.
