Alternative to P2: how can this work?

Just read an article announcing Samsungs 32 and soon to be release 64 gig SSD cards . I comped a super simple illustration to prompt a response. How can we use this kind of memory for our HVX 200?

It won't work.

There is a controller, firmware, etc. in the p2 card.

Hoodman is trying to reverse engineer the hardware.
