Alternative methods for mounting lcd on dvx?

[Steven Bogda]

I am going to be buying a 7 inch lcd screen with a shoe mount which normally would be slid onto the top of the dvx. my problem is is that i keep a shock mount and mic up there when i use my dvx because the onboard mic has a problem. is there any kind of product that might hook onto the tripod mount and come around to the back of the camera where i could put a screen?

I always see pictures of dvxs or hvxs with firestore hard drives on the back of the camera, just wondering if there is anything that could that that with a screen

thanks
steven
