Alternative for sony xlr-k2m or sony xlr-k1m

Maybe this question is asked before but I can't find it.

Is there an alternative for the sony xlr-k2m or the sony xlr-k1m.
I don't need the microphone that comes with these kits.

I want to feed the camera with two wireless systems and a directional microphone

thanks

The FS7 has built-in XLR inputs. I'm confused as to what benefit adding this device offers.

Hi Alex,
Most of the time 2 x xlr is enough and FS7 has two xlr Inputs, but I need 3 (or 4). I have 2x rode wireless sets that I want to connect and a shotgun microphone.

Gotcha. Personally not a fan of multitrack workflow in-cam, but if that is what you need...

The included mic is basically a freebie. Those kits are Sony's only offerings for XLR through the multi-interface, so put the mic in your justin case.

Thanks Alex,
I was afraid of that. I saw something on ebay that looked exactly like the xlr-K1m (but for older sony) I am sure it won't fit on a newer camera. Hoped there would be alternatives because I need this only once (I think). I'd prefer a sound person but the budget is tight.

:) Thanks for the new word, could be an interesting survey: "what is in your justin case"

ducktape,
swiss knife
paperclip
can opener

Just grab a Sound Devices MixPre-6. You can easily sync the audio later and you'll have amazing sounding audio (assuming you do everything properly). You can even run an output and have a reference track on the camera.

As you own an FS7, and you want four tracks, you can do this internally in the FS7, but you need this smart shoe:

Then you need this dual receiver:
