4:4:4 is a a little overkill. You could get away with 4:2:2 uncompressed. 4:4:4 dual link uncompressed 1080 is something like 280MB second. Good luck with that. 4:2:2 uncompressed is around 180MB second. Still not an easy feat, but you could do it with it with a dual channel array, as opposed to a 4:4:4 rig which would be a dual dual channel system.
