ALL I Frame: Can it be easily edited on Core2Duo Comp?

hi all,

i have heard that all-i frame compression is easy to edit unlike IPB compression which compressed. can a core2duo computer without graphic card edit footage shot on 5d mark ii with all-i frame compression?

This will depend a lot on the software. Which editor would you use? That's probably going to matter more than choosing ALL-I or IPB.

maybe either premiere pro cs2 or edius 6
