The Dude Abides
I need to find someone who can shoot some HD footage from a camera mounted on a vehicle hood or windshield on a highway near Huntsville. This is low speed/short distance and should be a piece of cake. We use a suction-cup mount on a windshield when we shoot this type of footage but if you want to use another mount idea I'm open to discuss.
We need this footage ASAP as background plate for a forensic project. It involves a tip-over of a large propane trailer that crushed a worker. An escort vehicle was following the trailer at low speed (5 mph) and should have called the driver to tell him the trailer was off-tracking. We are going to track the footage and add the 3D elements.
