i enjoyed the way you blocked out the shots, and some of them like at the beginning where the ots shot where you can see the protagonist in the background and the tourch in the forground was down right cinematic in feel.

Good job, i think your boy needs to hit the weights a little bit, but he has a nice face on camera.

look forward to seeing more from you
 
thanks jon. it was a fun quick little short we filmed in about 2 hours, like alot of things we do nothing was scripted, and yes I totally agree on him bulking up alittle. ha thanks for the feedback man.

For the "hit sounds effects", using different layers helps sometimes
also adding some small reverb can help.
Like for the metal tube thing, sound of hitting metal with kind of echo effect could be nice
Hitting in face is more "higher" in sound, hitting corps is more "lower"

Sound of the "electric arm" is nice. Adding some light reverb can make it sound likes it comes "from a little further and not from close".

Actualy it's important to mach sound; if a dialogue sounds "far away", the sound of the dog standing next to that guy should also sound "far away".

I like the camera angels and frames.

I have a "terminator" feeling :-p
