AKG SE300B dB/Hz Switch

I'm nearly positive this is a stupid question, but I just received an AKG SE300B/CK93 package in the mail and am a bit confused by the dB/Hz switch on the preamp. At first I thought it was broken - is the switch intended to be used with a pen or some other specific tool? Just a little confused at the lack of a solid physical knob that can be pushed back and forth with a finger. So, uh, it is supposed to be indented, right?

yes you use a pen to move it - 0 normal - 75hz roll off (cuts LFE bass - good for most dialog) - -10db for loud recordings (concert).
